Cancellations

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after you receive your goods. The term "cancellation" only applies if the whole order is returned. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us in writing to the 'Get In Touch button' at the bottom of this page.

 

 

Allergies 

All of the products in the Chilani Skincare collection are naturally formulated using 100% natural ingredients. However, even the mildest natural ingredients can cause sensitization in certain people. We recommend using a small amount of product for 24 hours to check for any reactions. If you know of an ingredient to which you are particularly allergic, please view the ingredients listing for a product that you may be considering before deciding to make a purchase.
